In this exercise, it is a matter of being proud of our times, of nurturing a romanticism with open eyes, of loving and showing the buildings and places that also deserve attention.

Postcards always show the iconic parts of a city, they convey the clichés of past centuries, as if contemporary constructions were not worthy of interest.

These new postcards replace the subject of small prints, with places that are much less iconic but more suited to what these cities are. They thus fuel a romanticism with open eyes, a certain love for appropriate representations more adequate to reality. The use of kitsch design reinforces the contrast with the usual content.
